Essential Duties and Functions

• Coordination of all department activities, evaluation and supervision of production processes 
• Training, coordination and management of department personnel 
• Qualitative and quantitative monitoring of Company production standards 
• Continuous training in the compilation of documentation in compliance with GMP standards

 Skills and qualifications required:

• Degree in Scientific disciplines (CTF, Food Sciences, Chemistry and related). 
• At least two year of experience as a Production Supervisor in the Chemical - Pharmaceutical sector
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as Batch Records and all department documentation 
• Excellent analysis, organization, coaching and communications skills 
• Responsibility, professionalism and flexibility 
• Availability to work on three shifts
