Production Supervisor
Job responsibilities and duties
Correct application of procedures and good knowledge of GMP regulations.
Coordination of all department activities, evaluation and supervision of production processes to ensure efficiency and required quality standards.
Training, coordination, and management of department personnel.
Monitoring production standards, both in terms of quality and quantity.
Ongoing training on proper documentation practices in compliance with GMP standards.
Verification of correct administrative documentation compiled by production staff.
Responsible for Batch Records review and closing of Product Orders in the system.
Planning and organization of work shifts.
Requirements
Master’s degree in scientific disciplines (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or related fields).
At least 3 years of experience in the role of Production Supervisor in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector.
Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as experience in filling out and reviewing Batch Records and department documentation.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, team-oriented mindset, and effective interpersonal communication.
Sense of responsibility, professionalism, and flexibility.
Willingness to work in shifts.
Good English is a plus.
