Production Supervisor

Job responsibilities and duties

  • Correct application of procedures and good knowledge of GMP regulations.
  • Coordination of all department activities, evaluation and supervision of production processes to ensure efficiency and required quality standards.
  • Training, coordination, and management of department personnel.
  • Monitoring production standards, both in terms of quality and quantity.
  • Ongoing training on proper documentation practices in compliance with GMP standards.
  • Verification of correct administrative documentation compiled by production staff.
  • Responsible for Batch Records review and closing of Product Orders in the system.
  • Planning and organization of work shifts.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in scientific disciplines (e.g., Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or related fields).
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role of Production Supervisor in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector.
  • Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as experience in filling out and reviewing Batch Records and department documentation.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, team-oriented mindset, and effective interpersonal communication.
  • Sense of responsibility, professionalism, and flexibility.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.
  • Good English is a plus.
  • Salary commensurate with skills and experience.
